With Joe Flacco sitting the week out while dealing with an ailing hip, Lamar Jackson is starting under center for the Ravens. The rookie quarterback got off to a strong start in his first game as the team's QB1, torching the Bengals defense for a huge run on the opening drive.

The young quarterback showed off his blazing speed, as he picked up 20 yards on the ground on third down. Jackson got his first start of the season and got to work early, as he showed off his wheels and ability to shift gears in order to pick up extra yards.

The former Louisville star has seen snaps on the field this season, but will be seeing his largest workload of the year with Flacco watching from the sidelines. The Bengals defense has been easily exploited by opposing offenses as of late, so this is a friendly matchup for Jackson's debut as a starter. He led the team to a score in his first drive, but didn't throw a single pass.
