It feels as though the plot surrounding Draymond Green and Kevin Durant keeps on thickening with each passing hour.
Details of what was said during the altercation were revealed, with KD even disclosing that he hasn't spoken to Draymond since the disagreement spilled into the locker room.
Folks, we have now have another subplot and it is arguably the most intriguing -- in an interview following the overtime loss to the Clippers on Monday night, an anonymous Warriors player said that there is no chance Kevin Durant comes back to the Warriors next season.
"With what was said, there is already no way Durant is coming back," the player said. "The only hope is that they can say this summer, 'See, KD. We've got your back. We protected you from Draymond.'"
Per The Athletic's Marcus Thompson, Green called Durant a "b---h" numerous times during their argument.
Thompson also reported that some players agreed with Green and suggested that Durant hasn't done enough to prevent his contract status from becoming a major story.
WOW. It is grotesque to think that some of the Warriors are taking Draymond's side in all of this.
They might as well just hold the door open for Durant.
Who would've thought the Los Angeles Clippers could be the team to unravel the dynasty that is the Golden State Warriors?
