Markelle Fultz was one of the smoothest college players in the nation in 2016-17, but when he got to the NBA the young point guard looked like a shell of his former self

Fultz had been dealing with a shoulder injury and actually altered his shooting form before his rookie season, and some rumors are suggesting at what may have caused this ailment. According to Brandon Robinson, Fultz was involved in a motorcycle accident which could have impacted his form.

According to Robinson, the accident occurred before Fultz's rookie season was covered up. Robinson attributes Fultz's adjusted shooting form to the shoulder injury he sustained in the alleged motorcycle accident.

Fultz was drafted to be the third cornerstone of The Process in Philadelphia, but after a shaky start to his NBA career that seems a bit unrealistic now. He still has plenty of time to turn things around as he is just 20-years-old, but Fultz hasn't shown the level of skill he displayed in college.
