The Philadelphia 76ers aren't off to the start everybody was expecting. Yes, they have steadied themselves somewhat after a rough beginning, but there's still plenty of drama in the City of Brotherly Love, with most of it surrounding sophomore point guard and last year's No. 1 overall pick Markelle Fultz. The former Washington Husky spent plenty of time injured last year, and his poor play this year has led some to speculate he might not be fully healthy just yet. In fact, when asked straight up, Fultz actively avoided the question:

If that's not suspicious, then nothing is. Based on his skeptical shooting performances thus far, it can definitely be argued he's still not healthy. His shooting coach even said as much in a since-deleted tweet.
All signs are pointing to the 76ers mishandling this young man's career and it could have detrimental effects for the franchise in a multitude of ways.
