The New Orleans Saints
However, fans will have to wait to see the former Dallas Cowboy in a black and gold uniform. Bryant getting on the field for New Orleans against the Cincinnati Bengals this week would be a long shot.
Dez hasn't practiced this week yet and likely hasn't even seen the playbook. Inserting him into the lineup rusty and uneducated would do more harm than good right now. Plus, the Saints are in no hurry. They sit at 7-1 and haven't needed Bryant in the offense thus far. They can survive another week.
Bryant's last season in Dallas resulted in a 69-reception, 838-yard campaign with 6 TDs. He did have one of his worst catch percentages of his career at 52.3 percent, though. But let's remember who was throwing to him. He'll have one of the best ever in Brees tossing him the ball now, not Dak Prescott.
Surely, all eyes will be on the 30-year-old in Bryant for his first game as a Saint, whenever that comes.
Of course, we're sure he'll be in by Nov. 29 when New Orleans travels to Dallas.
