The Baltimore Ravens have not lived up to the offseason hype thus far in 2018. Currently in third place of the AFC North at 4-4, the Ravens have failed to bolster their offense which has been mediocre at best for far too long, leaving it up to their stellar defense to keep them in games. But that may not last for much longer.

Head coach John Harbaugh is reportedly on the hot seat, with this week's game having a lot of weight regarding the potential decision.

Harbaugh and the Ravens play their bitter rival Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday -- a pivotal divisional game that could make or break Baltimore's chances at a playoff bid.

And perhaps the pressure for the head coach is justified. The Ravens have failed to reach the playoffs since 2014. They spent money this offseason trying to develop some sort of effective offense, but Harbaugh hasn't been able to piece things together.

Harbaugh's contract ends after this season. His firing isn't necessarily expected at this point, but it wouldn't really be a huge surprise either based on the team's slide the past few weeks.

It may be win or go home for John this week. Literally.
