Exciting times are happening for the Tagovailoa family.
Not only is Tua having an incredible year for the Alabama Crimson Tide at quarterback, but his younger brother is also going to start playing college football soon.
Tua's younger brother Taulia has received a scholarship to play football at one of Alabama's SEC foes the Georgia Bulldogs. When Taulia went to share the news on Twitter, Tua tried to show that he was proud of his younger brother, but you can tell that Tua didn't seem too thrilled about the news.
Taulia is a quarterback just like his brother, checking in at 6-0, 190 pounds. Taulia is set to graduate high school this spring. He has already verbally committed to Alabama and that's why some found it odd that Georgia would offer him a scholarship.
Imagine if Taulia Tagovailoa flipped from Bama to Georgia after getting an offer from the Dawgs. #GoDawgs— Roy. (@RoyLeeTaborJr) October 25, 2018
The sibling rivalry sure would intensify if Taulia were to accept Georgia's scholarship offer. At this point, it seems highly unlikely the younger Tagovailoa will flip his verbal pledge. In recruiting, though, you never know what might happen.
