Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Joc Pederson has proven to be a clutch postseason performer over the last two years, but I'm sure nothing compares to Sunday night when he and his wife, Kelsey, welcomed their baby girl into the world.
This is just awesome.
Congrats to @yungjoc650 and Kelsey Pederson on the birth of their baby girl! The newest Dodger was born last night at 6:27 p.m., weighing in at 7 lbs, 11 oz.— Los Angeles Dodgers (@Dodgers) October 15, 2018
Talk about clutch.
The Dodgers are set to play at least five games in a six-day span, and it just so happened that on their one off day his baby daughter is born. No matter what happens, Pederson's daughter is the real MVP.
You'd expect Pederson to be in the starting lineup tonight with right-hander Jhoulys Chacin on the mound for Milwaukee.
Could we see a homer or two tonight from Pederson?
