Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott channeled his inner Irishman today. Watch him mimic UFC fighter Conor McGregor's trademark strut after scoring a touchdown in today's game against Jacksonville:
Any time you're dominating one of the top defenses in the NFL, an ode to the "Notorious MMA" is appropriate.
Dak is also doing it while playing his best game of the year so far, with two touchdowns in the air along with the one on the ground. That level of play is not what we've been used to seeing for the young quarterback so far this season, and even former Dallas signal caller Tony Romo was surprised.
Halftime: Cowboys 24, Jaguars 0— Jon Machota (@jonmachota) October 14, 2018
Dak Prescott: 13 of 18 passing, 151 yards, 2 TDs, 0 INTs, 134.3 passer rating. 9 carries, 53 yards, 1 TD
Cole Beasley: 6 catches for 79 yards, 2 TDs
Tony Romo: "This is shocking for Jacksonville right now."
The Cowboys have dictated the proceedings the whole way today, and if their defense can limit a Blake Bortles-led comeback, we'll be looking at a famous, improbable upset victory.
And perhaps more McGregor-esque celebrations from No. 4.
