This kid has earned it.

The Golden State Warriors have signed former Toronto Raptor and training camp invite Alfonzo McKinnie to a two-way deal.

McKinnie will be fighting for one of the last roster spots on the teamIn 14 games played with the Raptors last year, McKinnie averaged 1.5 points and 0.5 rebounds per game, stats that don't necessarily jump off the page at all.

If McKinnie sticks around, he'll definitely get a shot at proving he belongs in the league since the Warriors put their bench players in the game often (this is due to the fact that Golden State is almost always up in every game they play).

McKinnie, like Jordan Bell last season, seems to be a favorite of Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr.

Being in Steve Kerr's good graces is one way to make the Warriors roster I guess.
