Oh boy. The day of drama for the Minnesota Timberwolves continues. It's now been reported that Jimmy Butler will have an interview with ESPN aired tonight.
We're very eager to hear from Butler, who has been a source of controversy and drama for the Timberwolves this offseason. There's really nothing better than an old school feud between members of an organization. We're happy to sit back and watch it all unfold.
Told Butler is breaking his silence right now in a sit-down with ESPN. Interview to air tonight. #Twolves— Darren Wolfson (@DWolfsonKSTP) October 10, 2018
This came shortly after the news of a bizarre practice for the T-Wolves earlier today, in which Butler reportedly got in many verbal confrontations with various players, coaches, and members of the staff.
This man really wants to get out of Minnesota, doesn't he? It's hard to imagine they would make him stay after all the drama he has caused. But then again, drama seems to follow Butler wherever he goes.
Butler also reportedly took a team of third-stringers and beat the T-Wolves starters in scrimmage. He clearly wanted to send a message to the Timberwolves that he's their best player.
We can't wait to hear what Butler has to say about the recent trade drama. He's more than willing to call out members of the organization in practice. Is he willing to call them out on national TV? We'll find out soon enough.
