Steve Kerr is one of the most respected guys in the league. With a storybook career in both playing and coaching, Kerr has seen it all. When Kerr says something is good for the NBA, we're inclined to agree with him. Check out what he thinks about LeBron joining the Lakers:

Kerr reminisces about being a fan of the purple and gold while he was growing up, and goes on to mention some of the all-time greats that played for the Lakers.
Yes, Steve, we know you won't be rooting for them any longer, but it's still nice to hear his connection to one of the NBA's most iconic franchises.

At this point in his career, there is no doubt that LeBron James is one of the best players the game has ever seen. The Lakers really seem to have a knack for drawing in some of the greatest talent of all time. But, hey, being in Los Angeles certainly is a selling point.
The Warriors will square off against LeBron's Lakers for the first time tonight in a preseason contest. While LeBron has shut down talks of a rivalry between the two teams, we're excited to see how both teams fare this NBA season.
