We're now a a little over a month into the NFL season, and the Khalil Mack trade is looking better for the Bears and worse for Jon Gruden and the Raiders by the second. Since arriving in the Windy City, Mack has been a man on a mission, pushing his name into the "best defensive player in football" conversations with some truly remarkable stats and jaw-dropping plays

With the Bears on a bye week, Mack showed the world that even the highest paid defensive player ever still struggles with shopping like the rest of us.

"Had to stop at Target, Home Goods," Mack said. "Did a little shopping here and there."

Mack took some time out to shout out his new stomping grounds, and specifically the fans packing Soldier Field to see his next strip sack.

"I didn’t know Chicago was so aggressive,” Mack said. “It’s real aggressive out here. Everybody kind of recognizes you out here. But it’s a good feeling."

An under-the-radar recruit who ended up signing with Buffalo, he forged himself into a Top 5 pick. Mack is a famously humble and hardworking player.

His blue-collar and unassuming attitude should go perfectly with the city of Chicago.
