If you didn't know it before, former MLB star Lenny Dykstra has made a lot of terrible decisions in his life. And he's yet to stop doing so.

After being arrested back in May after allegedly threatening his Uber driver, Dykstra has been charged for three serious crimes: possession of cocaine, possession of meth, and threatening his Uber driver.

Dykstra has claimed all along that he was kidnapped by this Uber driver and that he didn't put a gun to the driver's head, which was initially reported. The Grand Jury in Union County, New Jersey obviously didn't believe Dykstra's side of the story, and if convicted he could face 3-5 years in prison.

Dykstra's attorney, Matthew Bilt, said that the evidence of the case confirms that his client is innocent. We'll have to wait and see if that's true, but it's hard to initially believe that Dykstra is completely innocent given his past.
