The New York Giants have started this season 1-3 and have one of the most anemic offenses in the NFL.

Odell Beckham Jr. could not bite his tongue anymore, as the star has now aired his frustrations with his team's performance and effort in past weeks.

Beckham's teammates are sticking behind their leader, despite pointed comments that could have been critical of their play. Newsday talked to running back Saquon Barkley and the star rookie is totally behind Beckham.

"He’s a great leader, he’s a passionate player, and you thrive off that, especially me," Barkley said.

Other teammates like captain linebacker Alec Ogletree and fellow receiver Sterling Shepard, echoed the statement by Barkley citing a need for a sense of urgency if they want to bounce-back this year.

Beckham was not just critical of his teammates, but was also making sure the Giants fans played their part in New York's success.

If the Giants do not cede to Beckham's warnings about playing with energy, then they just might be in store for their second awful season in a row.
