Don't look now, but the Ravens are now 3-1 on the season and look like a serious threat in the AFC. As for the Steelers? Yikes.
Baltimore silenced Pittsburgh in the second half, coming away with a 26-14 victory in The Steel City. When you hold Pittsburgh to 14 points, good things are going to happen, especially with Joe Flacco throwing dimes and Justin Tucker's golden right boot stating automatic.
The Steelers once trailed 14-0 in this one, but came back to tie things up at 14-14 before halftime.
However, that was all the offense was able to muster up on the night. Ben Roethlisberger was held to 265 yards, one touchdown and one late interception which essentially wrapped things up for the Ravens.
On the ground, James Conner had nine carries for 19 yards. That's not a typo. Nine freaking carries for 19 yards. As a team, the Steelers finished with 11 rushes for 19 yards.
#Steelers have more penalty yards than rushing yards today.— Tribune-ReviewSports (@TribSports) October 1, 2018
Which in the first three weeks could mean the running game was having a huge day.
Today, it means the Steelers have 35 penalty yards and only 19 yards rushing.
As for Baltimore, Flacco was sensational, throwing for 363 yards and touchdown passes to John Brown and Alex Collins. An elite performance? We'll give it to him.
Tucker was a perfect 4-for-4 on his FG tries. I don't think this man has missed a kick since Obama was still in office. The Ravens stay hot, while the nightmare season continues for the Steelers.
