After sitting out for the majority of last year, Rodgers was ready to lead his Green Bay Packers back to the playoffs in hopes of another Super Bowl title. However, the injury bug caught the star quarterback again.
Rodgers may be a bad man, but he can't do too much damage from the bench. It would be a shame to see Rodgers miss extended time for the second year in a row.
Aaron Rodgers is playing today with a "very deep bone bruise" + a sprained MCL and he'll have a brace on, per @JayGlazer.— NFL Update (@MySportsUpdate) September 16, 2018
"Any other player would be out a month."
Hopefully Rodgers is able to stay on the field and keep adding to his Hall of Fame resume.
