There's really no one else the Giants can line up on the outside?
For offensive tackle Ereck Flowers, his terrible play on the gridiron has fans questioning why in the world the man still has a job. I mean seriously, he was AWFUL against the Jaguars again on Sunday.
Get him off the field and keep him off.
First offensive play of the year: Tripping on Ereck Flowers. Can't make it up. #Giants— Jordan Raanan (@JordanRaanan) September 9, 2018
Everyone who loves the Giants wants him off the team.
Yet, since moving from left tackle to right tackle, it seems as though he has only gotten worse. Well, the Giants don't seem to think so. Matter of fact, new coach Pat Shurmur made it clear he's been pleased with what the big man has done.
Shurmur repeatedly said that Flowers had “a lot of really good plays” yesterday.— Dan Duggan (@DDuggan21) September 10, 2018
A lot of really good plays? Give me a break.
Flowers has been one of the worst players not just in New York, but in the entire league. He has no business being a starter. With him blocking for Eli Manning, he'll always be a liability. A move needs to be made here before it's too late.
