While Carson Wentz seems to be making great recovery from his ACL injury, it seems he's not quite ready to get back out on the playing field.
Earlier on Thursday, Wentz looked spectacular while warming up as his team faces Atlanta. Despite that, it seems that the Philadelphia Eagles' star QB will need to sit out a few more weeks before he will be able to return to action.

Nick Foles will get the start tonight, but Eagles fans are definitely ready to see Wentz back out there. They do say that patience is a virtue, though.
The management and coaching staff of the Eagles will certainly be fine with having Wentz continue to recover, as Foles has continuously proven himself as a reliable backup in the absence of Wentz. His performance Week 1 will be crucial to keep any haters off his back.
It's a shame we won't be seeing Wentz play for a little while, but his health longterm is certainly the No. 1 priority.
