College football is back, and so is the relentless trolling by opposing fanbases. Unfortunately for Florida State, they found this out the hard way. Virginia Tech walked into Tallahassee and came away with a resounding victory (in Willie Taggart's debut no less!). The resulting troll was brilliant, and somehow predictable.

Noles fans love the 'Chop when they're ahead, but they'll learn to hate it after losses like this one.
Florida State was never really in this game, as Virginia Tech's defense consistently swarmed them and created turnovers. Deondre Francois looked like a shell of himself in his first game back from injury, which ought to be a cause for concern. Taggart, meanwhile, frequently got in his own way with play-calling, overthinking quite a bit (see: Cam Akers wildcat).

It's a rough night for Noles faithful, but they shouldn't overreact over one loss, especially in their head coach's debut.
Rest easy, Tallahassee, this was all just a bad dream.
