​Despite the rumors that LaVar Ball and his camp ​leaked the news that Lonzo Ball was dealing with a ​torn meniscus, the Los Angeles Lakers point guard is indeed suffering from the injury.


It was previously reported that the former No. 2 overall pick would need surgery, and the Lakers just announced it.

Ball is scheduled for arthroscopic surgery on his left knee, and previous reports suggested he'd be ready for training camp, but we'll have to wait for the Lakers update when the procedure is done.


While that still seems to be the case, we can never be so sure.
