More changes to the All-Star rosters are coming.

It has just been announced that Arizona Diamondbacks starter Zack Greinke will replace Chicago Cubs starter Jon Lester on the National League All-Star team.

With Lester pitching on Sunday for the Cubs against the San Diego Padres, he's ineligible to compete in the Midsummer Classic, thus the reason behind Greinke replacing him on the team.

This will be Greinke's fifth All-Star selection. This is the second time in his career he's made it in back-to-back years.

Greinke is having a pretty good season that's flown under the radar. In 19 starts, the 34-year-old right-hander has a 9-5 record with a 3.39 ERA and 1.15 WHIP.  Greinke also has better than a strikeout per inning, racking up 117 strikeouts over 114 innings.

The Diamondbacks ace will make his final start before the All-Star break on Saturday against the Atlanta Braves.
