Even though you won't see their stars in the Home Run Derby this year, all you have to do is watch a single Yankees game to see the same amount of long balls. The difference is, there's an element of surprise as you never know who's going to be the one to go yard. This time around, Greg Bird burst onto the scene with a monster grand slam to put New York up big in the third inning.

It's insane how much power they have in their ridiculously deep lineup.

Players like Giancarlo Stanton, Aaron Judge, Gleyber Torres, Gary Sanchez, Miguel Andujar and more get a lot of love, as they should, but let's not ignore Bird here. He  sent one deep last night to put the Yankees up, and now has seven RBI over his last two games. Not bad for a player who isn't a staple of this lineup.

You'd think that would be Stanton's line as of late as he's been heating up, but nope. It's yet another Yankee just crushing baseballs over the wall on a regular basis.
