Welcome to Comerica Park, where home runs go to die. Adrian Beltre belted a ball to left-center field, the deepest part of just about every ballpark in America. But not Detroit. JaCoby Jones read the ball off the bat and made a desperate attempt at a highlight-reel catch. Funny thing is, Jones made this look easy.

Jones' back was to the play the entire time, making this grab even more spectacular. The young Tigers center fielder leapt at the perfect time, virtually spinning and making a Spiderman-like catch at the wall. Move over Hollywood, that was no stunt double.

June was a month of few highlights for the Tigers, which featured a 10-game losing streak. After finally breaking through in Toronto, Detroit is in damage control mode, trying to right the ship on what had been a promising season.

Young players like Jones give Detroit faithful hope that even once the dust settles at the deadline, they'll have someone, anyone, to build around.
