Its mayhem in New York!

Over the course of history, Knicks fans have rarely shown satisfaction with their first-round pick, After all, they absolutely bashed the selection of Kristaps Porzingis, who has turned himself into one of the best forwards in the league.

Well, the boos came out once again in Barclays, as the Knicks selected Kevin Knox with the No. 9 overall pick.

Although Knox is an intriguing talent and certainly shined at Kentucky, fans were chanting for Michael Porter Jr.

During his freshman season, Knox averaged 15.6 points and 5.4 rebounds per game. With Porzingis and Kanter in the frontcourt, New York could finally establish a consistent offense at MSG.

There's certainly tons of talent in the former Wildcat, but the city that never sleeps is also never content with their sports teams.

We'll see if Kevin Knox can turn all the skeptics into believers, as the Knicks are starving for a trip to the postseason.
