Alexander Ovechkin has has many adventures with the Stanley Cup since winning it on Thursday. He's shown it off in Vegas shortly after Game 5, taken it to a Nationals game, swam with it in a fountain and did keg stands out of it.

The legend finally has the monkey off his back, and he celebrated by going even further on Tuesday during the Capitals' championship parade through the city. As the team stopped on the Mall to say a few choice words to their fans, Ovi took the stand and said some words that were....let's just say, not too family-friendly.

Well they certainly didn't suck this year and it doesn't look like they will for the foreseeable future. F*** yeah.

If you ask me, Alex has earned his right to go crazy these past few days. Sure he probably hasn't been sober since Thursday night, but he's been the best player in the NHL not named Sidney Crosby for the past several years and now finally has a championship to go with it.

So drink on, Ovi and enjoy your time with the Stanley Cup. Just make sure you and the Caps are ready to defend it when the season starts up again.
