Sometimes, life just is not fair.

Just ask Browns' CB Howard Wilson. After the Browns traded up to take him in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft, the 6-1 corner showed promise in practice before suffering a season ending injury in minicamp

Unfortunately for Wilson, new season, same result.

This is the kind of news that just leaves you feeling awful.

Wilson will have to wait until at least 2019 to make his NFL debut. An outstanding player in college, he averaged one interception every 15 targets thrown his way at the University of Houston.

Injuries are no stranger to Wilson, as he also had to miss his entire 2015 season due to an ACL tear. A talented back, one AFC Director of College Scouting said that he "might have been a first-round prospect if he had stayed in college one more year."

Browns fans will hope they can finally see that first-round potential from Wilson in 2019.
