For the second year in a row, it'll be the Boston Celtics and the Cleveland Cavaliers battling it out in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals for the right to advance to the NBA Finals.
Though the Celtics are indeed a familar foe for James, this iteration of the Celtics and the cast of characters that LeBron has at his disposal will certainly make for a very compelling series.
Cleveland should be the favorite. They have the King, but don't be too quick to overlook the Celtics. They're a well coached, scrappy young bunch who may just have a little bit of a secret weapon at their disposal.
Enter, Marcus Morris.
The one thing that LeBron will always have over those who attempt to guard him are either speed, size, or both.
Marcus Morris is likely the only Celtic player who can even think about matching up with the King at this stage of his career. LeBron is on another level, but we've never questioned the fight that lives within Morris.
He's not one to get punked.
LeBron's last 11 games vs. a Marcus Morris team:— Taylor Snow (@taylorcsnow) May 11, 2018
– 21.1 PPG
– 16.3% shooting from 3
– Has not reached 30 points in a single game
In this one-on-one matchup, a smart man's money should certainly be on James, but don't be surprised if Morris makes things interesting in a similar way that a Lance Stephenson could.
Minus the ear blowing of course.
