Drake, a Toronto native, serves as the Toronto Raptors' global ambassador. After the Raptors went up 2-0 against the Washington Wizards in the first rounds of the playoffs, Drake was riding high.

The rap superstar told Wizards point guard John Wall he would have the broom ready for a series sweep.

However, Drake was absent from both the following games in Washington, and the Wizards have since evened the series 2-2 behind Wall's leadership and scoring. Wall averaged 27.5 points and 14.0 assists in those two games.

Drake was trash talking the Wizards from the sidelines during the first two games in Toronto, and he will have the opportunity to get in Washington's heads again when Game 5 tips off on Wednesday.

While Wall is boycotting all of Drake's music during the series, the two's rivalry remains amicable.

"My arguments with him ain't really about the game of basketball -- we just be out there having fun," said Wall. "But at the same time, we [have] a focus that we are trying to go in there and win Game 5"

With Game 5 around the corner, Drake can put his broom away for at least this series.
