The Los Angeles Dodgers, who were awarded the 2020 MLB All Star Game Tuesday, officially released a promo video, narrated by none other than the one and only Vin Scully.
Cue the goosebumps.

The last All-Star game held in Los Angeles was all the way back in 1980, and before that 1959, the second season of West Coast baseball.
With a new wave of talent occupying the diamong, from Cody Bellinger to Corey Seager, and onto the mound with Kenley Jansen and Clayton Kershaw, the Dodgers are poised to showcase their own crop of standouts on the national stage.

While two All-Star Games must conclude prior to fully amping up for Los Angeles in 2020, the excitement appears to be on.
With a rich history, originating in Brooklyn, it's awesome to see one of the more traditional-franchises end their All-Star Game hosting drought.
Who better to promote it than Mr. Scully himself?
