The Washington Redskins reportedly made an offer to outside linebacker Junior Galette.

But hold on a second. For reasons unknown, the Skins have now reportedly revoked the offer and a number of other teams are interested in the veteran.

The Cleveland Browns and Los Angeles Rams are reportedly interested in the linebacker. These two teams have some familiar ties to Galette.

Scot McCloughn, who was the former general manager of the Redskins when they brought in Galette, now works for the Browns. Former Saints defensive coordinator Greg Williams is now on the Browns coaching staff as well. For the Rams, they have former Redskins defensive coordinator Joe Barry on their staff.

At one point, Galette was an elite linebacker before rupturing his Achilles in back-to-back seasons with the Redskins. In five seasons with the Saints, Galette notched 31.5 sacks. At age 29, he's yet to return to old form with the Redskins.

It looks like he will be wearing a new uniform in 2018. A fresh start could be the right move for Galette.
