Following his meeting with the Bulldogs on Thursday, it now appears that Tom Crean has a new home in Athens, Georgia.

First reported by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the former Indiana coach will soon be coaching the Georgia men's basketball team following a year-long stint working for ESPN.

He's back on the bench where he belongs.

Crean was a widely sought after commodity, leading Indiana to two Big Ten regular-season titles and the No. 1 seed in the 2013 NCAA tournament. His success with the Hoosiers led him to be named the 2016 Big Ten Coach of the Year.

Former coach Mark Fox was fired on March 10 after leading the Bulldogs to a 18-15 record, which ended his nine-season tenure (163-133).

With Crean now the head coach, it will now be up to him to ignite Georgia's offense, which lacked excitement during the 2017-18 season. But if anyone can turn it around, Crean's the man to do it.
