A little over a month ago, the Eagles brought the citizens of Philadelphia the most collective happiness they've had in years, downing the Patriots for a Super Bowl win.

While the celebrations lasted weeks and the fans are still recovering from all the beer and whiskey, it appears the party is over. After winning a title, teams are always expected to lose some players the following year. This will be the case for Philly in 2018, too, with everybody looking to poach a piece off that title-winning roster.

Per SI's Peter King, the Eagles are expected to lose defensive tackle Beau Allen and linebacker Nigel Bradham during free agency.

Yup, this news probably doesn't feel great to read for everyone in the City of Brotherly Love.

While it's been reported for weeks the team doesn't expect tight end Trey Burton to return, the news of Allen and Bradham is new. Last season, Allen didn't put up mind-blowing numbers, recording 20 tackles and one sack, but he was key in the rotation for the Eagles up front.

As for Bradham, he was an important (and somewhat irreplaceable) figure in the defense, working as a tackling machine. On the year, the 6-2, 240-pounder had 88 stops and one sack.

Losing Bradham will be a pretty big blow for the Eagles defense. Unless something unexpected happens, it looks like the fan favorite has played his last game for the reigning Super Bowl champs.
