The Los Angeles Angels are looking to put up a battle for the AL West title in 2018.

Star outfielder Justin Upton just started them off on the right foot. The Chicago Cubs squared off with the Angels on Friday and Cubs second baseman Javy Baez seemed like he was going to put the Cubs up 2-0 early, until...

Upton made a highlight-reel catch to rob Baez and keep the game scoreless early.

Any pitcher will love that, and Garrett Richards made sure to show his appreciation of Upton after he brought the home run back.

Upton will be playing his first full season with the Angels in 2018 and they are hoping he can add a spark to their offense to go along with Mike Trout and Albert Pujols.

The four-time All-Star had a career high in home runs and RBI last season and will look to do it again this year.
