For those football fans who just spent their first Sunday without football, lost, cold, and alone, we're here for you.
It may not be the same as watching the NFL season on a weekly basis, but you might get your fix thanks to this announcement about next season.
The NFL season will begin with a preseason matchup between the Ravens and the Bears in the annual Thursday night Hall of Fame game.

It's still far away, but at least you know what you're looking forward to.
After the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2018 had been announced, you could've guessed the league was going in this direction. While the entire class will be honored, the game will mostly revolve around the two players going in from the Ravens and the Bears: Ray Lewis and Brian Urlacher.
It was a rough season for both of these teams as neither managed to make the playoffs, but hopefully, the arrival of Lewis and Urlacher will remind them of the success they used to have. These were two teams no one wanted to play when those terrifying linebackers were patrolling the middle of the field.
We're less than six months away. You can all do this. We believe in you.
