Spring Training is on the horizon for Major League Baseball. Pitchers and catchers report next week and some major free agents are still on the market.
But that doesn't mean rivalries can't start brewing, right?
If you haven't heard already, the Brewers are REALLY trying to keeps their rival Cubs fans out of Milwaukee when Chicago comes to town.
Because it is a short trip from the Windy City, some Cubs fans are willing to make the road trip to see the rivalry series. To provide a home-field advantage, Milwaukee is offering a Wisconsin resident pre-sale for all Cubs games.
Pretty funny, and also, actually pretty smart.
The Cubs decided to take the high road (and more profitable road) and totally troll the brewcrew by letting everyone know that anybody can buy Cubs tickets starting Feb 23rd.
Well, that's nice.
Both teams were able to get a nice jab in before they actually square off in the regular season. The two battled it out in the NL Central in 2017, and the race for first will likely be even tighter in 2018.
