The Johnny Manziel comeback season is in full effect.

The former Heisman Trophy winner hasn't played in the NFL since 2015, but is determined to make his return to football one way or another. Working out with one of the game's best skill players is a good start.

Yesterday, Manziel posted a video playing some pitch and catch with Odell Beckham Jr., and it naturally garnered a ton of attention on social media.

This is one of the first times we've seen the quarterback in action since he last played in the NFL.

Johnny Football might want to save this video, because it looks like the best throw of his career.

Manziel's stint with the Cleveland Browns went as expected. He was out of the NFL after just two years, but is vying for another shot. His best chance? Likely the Canadian Football League, provided Manziel accepts an offer from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats by tomorrow.

With the XFL currently out of the question, this could be Manziel's only chance to prove to NFL scouts he's ready to make a legitimate comeback.

We need more Manziel, and the sooner he gets back on the football field, the better. This is a spectacle with too much promise to pass up.
