I can't imagine fans of the Georgia Bulldogs have emotionally gotten over the agonizing OT loss to Alabama in the National Championship game.

There is good news for the Dawgs though, they not only have Jake Fromm returning next year, but they have broken the NCAA record for the most five-star recruits in one recruiting class...ever.

Get pumped, UGA fans.

Five players from the 247 Top 30 high school prospects have signed with Georgia, including the No. 2 overall prospect in QB Justin Fields. Today, the finals 247Sports rankings came out and UGA signees Channing Tindall and Adam Anderson were both boosted to five-star recruits.

Per Kipp Adams of 247Sports, "247Sports unveils its final Top247 for the 2018 class and Georgia now has the most five-star prospects on board in the history of the rankings."

Yeah, that's pretty amazing news for Kirby Smart. Between, early enrollees, signees and commits, the Bulldogs have a loaded stack of 5-stars on board.

Georgia may have lost in one of the most entertaining National Championships, but given the class that will walk through the locker rooms next year, something tells me that the Dawgs will be right back in the conversation for the College Football Playoff before the Spring season even begins.
