It's about to go DOWN.
The Eagles are back in the NFC Championship game for the first time since January 18, 2009. It has been a long nine years for a city that was spoiled with four straight conference finals appearances from 2002 to 2005, and local law enforcement is preparing for anything and everything.
Given the fact that Philly is again considered the underdog even while playing at home, there's sure to be a lot of angry, intoxicated fans should the oddsmaker's predictions come true.
That's not to say the people of Philadelphia can't control themselves, but as is true with most things-- better safe than sorry.
The Eagles may be the most doubted No. 1 seed in NFL history, but if you talk to them, they'd likely say that they wouldn't have it any other way.
Well, their wishes have been granted.

A lot is riding on the Eagles' ability to defy the odds, but fate may be on the Vikings' side.
In the end, it's going to be a beautiful game this Sunday regardless. Be safe, folks!
