If you haven't followed the quiet but effective moves the Cleveland Browns have been making all day, then you're missing the start of a potential empire here (at least Browns fans hope so).

Green Bay Packers top executive Eliot Wolf has now made the move to the Dawg Pound, and the team has also just released their senior executive and former Indianapolis Colts GM, Ryan Grigson.

Now, the move makes sense as it looks like a Kansas City Chiefs top scout will be joining the team's front office.

Browns GM John Dorsey is literally grabbing everyone in this complete staff rebuild. Consider this move like an in-house promotion because Matt Donahoe worked with the Browns GM when Dorsey headed the Chiefs' front office from 2013-16.

After all of these solid staff moves, one still has to wonder why Hue Jackson is still safe in his head coaching position.

The Browns enter the 2018 draft with the No. 1 and No. 4 pick in the first round, so Donahoe and the rest of the new team will have to get acclimated as fast as possible.

These are the picks the Browns cannot afford to miss, and the franchise's future depends on it.
