Cole Hamels and his wife are in giving spirit this holiday season, and boy, did they give in a HUGE way.
They have donated their mansion and an entire 100-acre estate to Camp Barnabas, a camp for kids who suffer from chronic illnesses and have special needs.

The Hamels purchased the mansion years ago but never ended up living there. They now reside in Texas, of course, as the All-Star lefty had to permanently relocate to pitch for the Rangers.
Hamels says that they were looking for charities in southwest Missouri to make this donation to, and felt that Camp Barnabas was the charity that could most benefit.
