The Astros and Yankees will be facing off in the ALCS and it should be a great series.

For everyone but one Astro, who no doubt wanted revenge on his former team.

Tyler Clippard, who started the season on the Yankees before being summarily shipped off, was left off Houston's ALCS roster.

This tough news for a veteran reliever who has had a ton of success throughout his career. He had a tough season on the Yankees, but rebounded on the White Sox following a midseason deal, the very same one that brought Frazier, Robertson, and Kahnle to New York. However, after being traded again, he struggled mightily with the Astros; Clippard has a 6.43 ERA in 16 games on Houston.

Maybe there is a chance he is on the World Series roster if the Astros beat the Yanks in the ALCS. Unfortunately, it would be hard to imagine the Astros changing up their roster if they go to the next level.
