There are hype videos for every game by just about every school worth a damn. But this isn't just any game.

Lamar Jackson, last year's Heisman winner, is taking on perhaps the best defense in football in the Clemson Tigers. On the other side is young Kelly Bryant, tasked with replacing a school legend just one year removed from a National Title run.

Something's gotta give.

Does this have to wait until Saturday?

In a weekend devoid of many big-time matchups between ranked teams, Clemson and Louisville may be the closest we get to a conference-defining game. For Jackson and Bryant, it's a head-to-head battle for bragging rights and perhaps and early lead in the Heisman campaign.

The Tigers held on for a close victory last season in Death Valley, and Louisville will be out for revenge. Outside of Jackson, the Cardinals defense needs to improve unless they plan on winning in a shootout.

It's tough to outlast Lamar Jackson, but it's even tougher going toe-to-toe with the Clemson defense for four quarters.
