You've probably heard that former Giants and Eagles wide receiver Steve Smith was somehow nominated for the Hall of Fame.
Yeah, we don't get it either, but don't let that dissuade you from keeping an eye on this year's potential class, because it is STACKED.
There are a ton of names that have been nominated after the Pro Football Hall of Fame dropped the list on Tuesday.
Ray Lewis, Randy Moss, Brian Urlacher, Ronde Barber, Richard Seymour, and many more will be eligible for induction next year. And boy are there a lot of former Philadelphia Eagles.
We could have some first-ballot HOFs this year, as Moss and Lewis certainly have the numbers to make that happen. Moss was inducted into the Vikings Hall of Fame just before their Monday Night Football game, so perhaps he'll be able to make that consecutive inductions when the time rolls around.
Aside from them, there are plenty of others who are ready to get the call who have been waiting for years, so the 2018 class will surely be a stacked one, if anything.
