Coach McCarthy has a point here.
The Green Bay Packers may have won their first preseason game of the year, taking down the Philadelphia Eagles in front of a raucous Lambeau Field crowd, but there was way more negativity than positivity surrounding the win.
Young WR Malachi Dupre, as well as starting CB Damarious Randall went down with concussions after suffering some devastating hits, and now Mike McCarthy is asking the NFL to investigate the collisions for foul play.

You can't really blame him for his concern, as the above hit actually caused Dupre to spend the night in the hospital for further evaluation. Fortunately, he was cleared to leave and is now sitting in the concussion protocol before he is allowed to hit the field again.
The Damarious Randall hit was equally sketchy, as he went down after Eagles WR Bryce Treggs rocked him on a crack-back block.

The NFL may see nothing in these hits, but when these kind of injuries come out of early preseason action, you need to have someone take a look at that. Good on Coach McCarthy for sticking up for his guys.
