The All-Star break couldn't have come soon enough for the Cubs, especially after ace Jon Lester allowed 10 runs in the first inning against Pittsburgh on Sunday afternoon.
Lester's historically bad performance — the worst of his career — was so horrific, he became the punching bag of the internet for a few hours.

He's good for it and they deserve so much better.
But it's one thing when random Twitter strangers roast you. It's another when your own team gets in on the action.
The Cubs account caught some heat, but begged for forgiveness.
