The NBA is known for its tall, lanky athletes. When we picture a basketball player, the body type of a Kevin Durant or Michael Jordan usually comes to mind. But there are also some pretty big, and maybe even too big, dudes that can ball as well. Here are the five heaviest players in the league right now according to their official listed weights on NBA.com.

5. Brook Lopez

The Bucks center is a huge, listed at 282 pounds at seven feet tall. Brook Lopez has transitioned into a three-point specialist since relocating to Milwaukee, but carries some bulk that recalls his low-post days.

4. Nikola Jokic

Nikola Jokic is the fourth-heaviest player in the league at 284, and he sure looks like every bit of it. Despite his doughy appearance, however, the Nuggets big man is actually incredible skilled with great footwork, and has a case for being the single best center in the NBA.

3. Zion Williamson

Yup, Zion Williamsin is that big. Many fear that relentless style of play might present health problems in the long term, especially given his his knee issues, but the Pelicans phenom's ability to fly out of the gym and run the floor at 284 pounds is something incredible.

2. Boban Marjanovic

This shouldn't come as a shocker. At 7-foot-4, Boban Marjanovic is not only freakishly tall, but just generally huge weighing in at 290 pounds. The Mavericks center is a monster, but also such a lovable goof at the same time. And he was in the third John Wick movie, which no other player on this list can say for himself.

1. Tacko Fall

No, Boban isn't the biggest player in the NBA. That title belongs to 7-foot-5 Celtics rookie Tacko Fall. Though in the G League at the moment, Fall is still listed on Boston's roster at an astounding 311 pounds. It's little wonder that this gigantic man is such a fan favorite.
