There are few rivalries in the NFL as big as the one between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Star defensive back Nolan Carroll has seen this firsthand since 2014 when he joined Philly. However, he'll get a look at things from a completely different perspective next season, as he has reportedly inked a deal with the Cowboys.

Dallas has been desperate to add a playmaker to its secondary, and that's just what the team has landed in Carroll.

The former Eagle finished last season with 55 total tackles, one forced fumble and one interception. A 6-1, 200-pounder, Carroll was drafted in 2010 by the Dolphins in the fifth round. He spent four years in Miami before joining the Eagles in '14.

Now, though, he'll get a new fresh start in Arlington with the Cowboys, where fans hope he'll continue to make big plays against opposing quarterbacks and receivers.
