Infielder Mauricio Dubon might not be the biggest player in the MLB, but what he lacks in size he gains in social media savvy.
The Twitter critics were out in full force after Dubon uploaded a picture of himself in his new team (Milwaukee Brewers) uniform.
Then a Twitter troll thought he would be funny with a quick joke.
Now Dubon could've said nothing and let the troll win, but what's the fun in that?
Instead Dubon decided to respond to the tweet with a little subtle shot.
Dubon was recently traded from the Red Sox to the Brewers in a deal over the offseason. The Milwaukee fans decided to have some fun with the 22-year-old infielder but learned he has his own sense of humor.
Dubon is coming off a strong 2016 campaign where he hit .323 with six home runs and 69 RBI in 124 games in the minors. The young infielder might not be huge, but he sure can hit the ball.
The Brewers look forward to see what Dubon can offer the team in 2017, you know, beyond the twitter jokes.
