Isaiah Thomas has solidified himself as one of the top scoring threats in the fourth quarter this season. Whenever the final frame rolls around, Thomas points to his wrist, letting everyone know what time it is.

Thomas put on a good show for the fans on Sunday night, scoring 20 points in 19 minutes. However, he was not on the floor much down the stretch for the Eastern Conference.

The two-time All-Star had a laugh about the Eastern Conference coaches, Brad Stevens and the rest of the Celtics' staff, benching him down the stretch. In a post on Thomas' Instagram account, the All-Star wrote, "Y'all Taking me out in the 4th now huh? You must not know what time it is LOL #AllStarGame."

The "King of the Fourth" is putting up the best fourth quarter numbers the league has seen in 20 years, averaging 10.7 points in the final frame.

It was likely a smart move on Stevens' part to give Thomas some extra rest as we enter the home stretch of the NBA season. The All-Star guard will just have to wait to get back to it when the Celtics head to Toronto on Friday for the first game after the break.
